Accounts Receivable Supervisor
I am currently partnered with an extremely high-growth and forward-thinking organisation based in Manchester City Centre who are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Supervisor due to ongoing expansion of the business. This role lies within a very exciting business and that can offer unparalleled career opportunities.
As the AR Supervisor, you will support all areas within accounts receivable and Credit Control. Reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth running within the AR team.
Key responsibilities:
- Help manage and motivate the AR team
- Liaising with customers on invoice queries and payments
- Oversee weekly debtor reporting
- Daily and weekly reporting to Senior Management
- Lead on system improvements within AR
- Assist with raising and sending customer invoices and credit notes for UK and international customers
- Ensuring invoice queries are resolved efficiently
- Assist with revenue reporting
- Maintain good internal and external working relationships
- Multi-currency exposure
- Deal with customers and billing
- Sending customer statements and copy documents as required
- Customer account reconciliations
Key skills/experience required:
- Minimum 3 years in an AR role leadership role
- E-commerce experience is beneficial
- Must have Team Leader experience
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Proficient IT skills including Excel
