"I am responsible for both the Robert Walters and Walters People businesses in the Midlands, a region I have specialised in for 15 years. I graduated from University of Birmingham with a LLB and upon graduating, I started my career in recruitment with an independent financial recruitment company. I subsequently moved to a global recruitment firm where I spent 7 years building a network of senior finance professionals.
I joined Robert Walters Group 7 years ago, initially to lead the Finance Business in Birmingham and have since then grown the business across the wider Midlands region, overseeing permanent and temporary recruitment services across Finance, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, Risk and Compliance.
Last year, we launched the Group's sister brand Walters People in the Midlands, which specialises in HR, Marketing, Secretarial Support, Transactional and Part Qualified Finance. I am supported by a team of 30 in Birmingham, each of whom has their own network within their areas of specialism. Whilst we recruit at all levels and across both public and private sectors, I personally have a successful track record for appointing Finance Directors with clients ranging from PE-backed SMEs to FTSE listed businesses."
