Credit Controller

Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Credit Controller to join a market leading construction business based in the centre of Manchester. The role offers a competitive salary, a permanent position and the opportunity to work in a hybrid model.

You as the credit controller will report into the credit control team leader, and will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts. Ensuring landlord expectations & company KPI’s are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reducing Client current outstanding debtors balance
• Chasing payment using the telephone, email and mail (high volume)
• Dealing with and resolving Tenant queries
• Dealing with and resolving UAC queries
• Issuing invoices, Tax receipts, statements and reminder letters
• Assisting in the reconciliation of problem accounts
• Management of query resolution, chasing colleagues where required
• Monitor and report on aged debtors reports weekly or as required
• Maintain active communication both within the Central Finance team
