Location: Worcester 3 days on site 2 from home

Role Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 35 per week

Salary Qualified Candidates: £46,000 plus package rising to £48,000 after 12 months

Salary PQ or QBE Candidates: £40,000 rising to £42,000 per annum

Duties of the Senior Treasury Analyst:

• Timely and accurate Treasury Reporting, such as Year End and Board reporting

• Provide robust and accurate analysis to external stakeholders

• Preparation of net interest budget and monitoring and reporting of variances

• Co-ordinating and managing the cashflow forecasting process

• Identify process improvements to the control framework, utilising the Treasury Management System (TMS) to improve speed and accuracy of analysis and thereby support internal and external stakeholder requirements

• Assist with covenant compliance monitoring and reporting for a large portfolio of loans

Requirements of the Senior Treasury Analyst:

• Qualified Accountant, Part-Qualified or equivalent experience

• Treasury experience preferable however a good accounting background would be suitable grounding for the role

• Excellent attention to detail, written and analytical skills

• Experience in producing high quality reports and maintaining accounting records

• The ability to　identify control weaknesses, and devise, recommend and implement process improvements

• Previous experience of planning and prioritising workloads effectively in order to meet conflicting deadlines
