Trade Finance Officer

Due to continued and sustained growth a successful international business based in Northwich are looking for an experienced Trade Finance Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will be responsible for the administration of all operational aspects of trade finance products.

The business are looking for someone who has experience and good knowledge of working within trade in a financial services environment.

Your key responsibilities as the Trade Finance Officer:

• Provide Trade Finance support and undertake a range of procedures some of which may be complex in nature, working on own initiative.

• Answer queries non-routine in nature, providing advice and guidance to others.

• Compose / draft correspondence, signing within delegated authority.

• Operate a keyboard or other equipment making special use of software facilities to facilitate production of letters/ reports/data.

• Plan, organise and prioritise own workloads and where appropriate instruct others.

• Compile and process management information.

Your key skills as the Trade Finance Officer:

• Keen eye for detail

• Accurate and timely data inputting and administration

• Ability to work to strict deadlines

• Self-motivation and good attitude to work

• Meticulous and good team player

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

• Previous financial services experience would be beneficial.
