Graduate Accounts Payable Clerk

Global IT business are seeking a graduate accounts payable clerk to join their finance function. The role offers a junior finance professional the opportunity to take the first step in their finance career.

As the graduate accounts payable clerk, you will report into the accounts payable manager and will assist with processing of invoices alongside other adhoc payables responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Posting Invoices
• Supplier Payments
• Reproduce remittances
• Supplier Reconciliations
• Effective communication with internal and external customers/suppliers
• Any adhoc duties as and when required

To be considered for this role the requirements are as follows:

• Finance experience – Accounts payable experience would be preferred
• Experience of working in the travel industry would be an advantage
• Experience working with Sage X3 would be an advantage
