Are you a recent graduate or looking for your first role in finance? Do you have a desire to move into the commercial side of finance? Have you got a keen eye for detail? Would you be excited by working for an industry leading Real Estate Logistics business?
I am currently partnering with a industry leading real estate logistics business looking for a Junior Analyst to come in and assist senior members of staff in developing commercial strategy of the back of key financial records. In an exciting position for a junior/graduate profile looking to move into commercial finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete new deal setup templates to make sure accurate information is entered into the system following a new acquisition
- Check and validate information entered into the Yardi Voyager system
- Prepare internal documentation frameworks for each new deal, making sure all relevant information has been captured and following up with the right parties for the missing information
- Keep meetings running smoothly, sending agendas, taking accurate minutes from recordings, and assisting the team as they follow up on action points
- Keep the onboarding team informed with daily progress updates on allocated deals.
This role for the Junior Analyst position is framed as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract initially with scope to go permanent. Offering an outstanding salary for a first/ junior role in finance. The role is based in stunning offices in Victoria on a hybrid basis.
