Location: Worcester 3 days on site 2 from home

Role Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 35 per week

Salary Qualified Candidates: £46,000 plus package rising to £48,000 after 12 months

Salary PQ or QBE Candidates: £40,000 rising to £42,000 per annum

Duties of the Financial Analyst Development and Regeneration:

• Assessing the financial and commercial risks of new investment proposals, applying sensitivity and scenario analysis, and identifying mitigating actions for risk

• Monitoring and reporting on status and progress of existing development projects

• Supporting the wider Development function in reviewing investment appraisals for proposed acquisitions and drafting investment papers

• Providing information to enable claiming of Homes England grant funding

Requirements of the Financial Analyst Development and Regeneration:

• Qualified Accountant, Part-Qualified or equivalent experience with an understanding of the UK residential property market

• Excellent analytical skills

• Confident dealing with multiple stakeholders

• Previous experience in property development finance and/or experience of investment appraisal financial modelling

• Robust experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions

• Proven experience of successful delivery of projects
