Summary of role The role of an experienced Billing Assistant is to provide the expertise and knowledge that is required to support the billing manager where you will be expected to analyse actuals vs budgets on a monthly basis and lead with new process improvements. You will have to be well organised with an open mindset and the ability to lead and deliver accurate results to tight deadlines.
The responsibilities of the Senior Billing Assistant are, but are not limited to;
• Preparation of weekly and monthly invoicing.
• Reconcile client invoices to monthly revenue.
• Manage client query resolution and billing claims.
• New client on boarding.
• Ad-hoc reporting.
• Lead/support with projects.
• Business partner with stakeholders.
The skills and education required for the role are the following;

• Analytical background
• Will support an accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
• Advance Excel
• Show leadership qualities
• Be commercially focused
• A good all round team player
