Purchase Ledger Clerk
An extremely successful marketing business based in Manchester are looking to recruit a diligent Purchase Ledger Clerk to their dynamic Finance function on a permanent basis.
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable process including invoice processing, payments and reconciliations.
Salary: up to £24,000 plus benefits
Location: Salford Quays - on-site parking
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Ensure invoices are coded correctly
- Allocating payments to invoices
- Matching supplier statements
- Weekly payment runs
- Reconciliations
- Query resolution and escalations
- Other ad-hoc financial duties
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 12 months experience within an AP function is essential
- Experience with Excel is essential
- High attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic and able to work well within a team
- Able to work well under pressure
