I’m currently working alongside a leading organisation in Wolverhampton in their recruitment of a Finance Assistant on 3 – 6 month interim contract. The role will be paid hourly rate with a perm equivalent salary of £27k.
I’m currently working alongside a leading organisation in Wolverhampton in their recruitment of a Finance Assistant on 3 – 6 month interim contract. The role will be paid hourly rate with a perm equivalent salary of £27k.
Key Responsibilities of Finance Assistant:
- Clearing of unallocated payments
- E-mail queries consisting of queries, moving customer balances and court cost queries
- Suspense investigation and allocation
- Journal postings
- Dealing with complex or standalone reconciliations
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience of allocating cash
- Good Excel skillset (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
- Keen attention to detail
- Team player
- Immediately available and able to start at short notice
