Walters people Milton Keynes are very excited to be partnering with a fantastic businesses based in Bedfordshire in there search for a finance Assistant who will be providing effective and timely support to the finance and administrative functions by Using initiative and teamwork.
Key responsibilities includes but are not limited to:-
- assistance in terms of Financial Reporting: ledger maintenance, control account reconciliation, preparing accounts to trial balance level of the company’s financial accounting system
- Process improvement review and implementation
- Providing departmental assistance in terms of accounts payable and accounts receivable: inputting
- invoices, cash received compilation, allocation, reconciliation, credit notes and payments made
- communicates relevant information and support to internal and external customers/stakeholders.
- Support entire finance function by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of
- administrative tasks and reports
- Supports other employees in the business to ensure that all functions achieve its targets
- Maintains a reputable reputation by ensuring that all financial matters are actioned in
- accordance with company policy and guidelines.
- Other adhoc duties management require.
