Recruitment Manager
Role: Recruitment Manager Salary: circa £44,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Stratford - Upon - Avon with remote working Permanent
I am looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with a proven track record of recruiting great talent.
The Recruitment Manager will need:
- Proven successful people management experience; with leading, developing, mentoring and engaging a team to perform at their best and delivering together.
- Experience creating attraction and recruitment plans for vacancies, delivering successfully against them by working collaboratively with the wider team
- Driving relationships with our external suppliers to deliver the best talent and right outcomes for our business.
- Be self-motivated with the capacity and resilience to deliver under pressure to high standards, whilst driving team performance against KPI’s.
- Proven stakeholder management with the ability to negotiate and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or a new approach.
- In-depth experience and knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies, industry benchmarks and market leading attraction strategies, including search and market mapping.
- Thorough understanding of legislation relating to recruitment and selection and have the ability to guide and advise both the team and stakeholders accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
