Role Details – Talent Development Manager
We are currently looking for a tenacious Talent Development Manager to join a renowned company on a 6-Month Fixed Term Contract.
Working closely with the Heads of Teams and HR, the Talent Development Manager will be responsible for developing a capability framework and career structure, focussed on developing the company’s talent across the business.
Responsibilities of the Talent Development Manager
Talent Management:
• Design and implement a capability framework to identify, recognise and develop talent at all levels across the business
• Provide clear, structured career paths throughout the team and across the wider business
• Identify talent profiles aligned to role responsibilities across the team, highlighting skills gaps analysis and areas for further development
• Identify focussed training plans across all levels, using materials from the company’s existing training
Skills required for the Talent Development Manager
• Proven skill in building talent pipelines and implementing design solutions to address skill gaps
• A proven track record of creating vison / strategy and translating into operational execution in similar Talent Management roles
• Understanding of Talent and Performance activities, programmes and processes
• Able to analyse data quickly and thoroughly and provide sound business recommendations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Listens, understands, and adapts to the needs of the business
