HR Advisor
We are recruiting for a HR Advisor for a company based in Bedfordshire. This is a permanent role paying up to £36k.
We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a fantastic team in Bedfordshire.
The responsibilities of this role are, but are not limited to;
Recruitment
- To administrate and co-ordinate the recruitment process (internal, on-line, agency and external) in conjunction with the HR Manager.
- To ensure that all relevant documentation is completed, on time for interview panels, managers, new starters and unsuccessful candidates.
- To organise and administrate interviews.
- Ensure new starter, manager and HR inductions are scheduled and completed.
HR Administration & General
- To provide general HR administrative support.
- Support the HR Manager.
- Assist with management of employee relations activity.
Payroll
- Be accountable for the accurate collation and processing of the Monthly Payroll Data, reviewing exceptions with the HR Manager.
- Processing of starter, leaver, contract changes and data preparation required for monthly payroll.
System Administration & Data production
- Maintain accurate data and records on the HR Management system and comply with data protection.
- Check and submit monthly pension maintain data and reports.
- To create and maintain employee personnel files to agreed formats and standards.

The skills and knowledge required for the role are the following;
- Previous experience of working in a similar HR generalist role
- CIPD qualified to a minimum of Level 5 is desirable
- Qualified to minimum of A level or equivalent
- Experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel at intermediate level
- Ability to motivate, coach and develop individuals and teams
- Experience of Leadership development an advantage
- Good facilitation and time management skills
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and HR procedures
This role is paying up to £36k.
This role is offering hybrid working.
