Are you an experienced credit control professional? With experience reducing debt and processing payments? Looking for a varied Credit Controller role with a renowned Hospitality Group? As a result of internal growth, we are working with an iconic hospitality group as they look to recruit an experienced Credit Controller (B2C) into their impressive finance team based in Fitzrovia, London.
Reporting into the Credit Manager, the position of Credit Controller will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of sales accounts for all of their members. The role will see you responsible for chasing and collecting payments directly from the end-customer.
Further responsibilities include:
- Chasing for payments via phone, email and post
- Processing sales payments including direct debits, credit card payments and bank transfers
- Weekly reporting to the credit manager
- Ensure debt is recovered in a timely manner across all clubs
- Analysis of bad debt, following escalation process to recover bad debt
- Making postings in Sage
- Database reporting and administration
- Working with the AR Assistants to reconcile account/deposit postings in revenue journals
Ideally, you will have previous credit control experience and ideally have worked within a Business-2-Consumer (B2C) organisation. You will have experience working with a CRM database (ideally Salesforce) with experience working with customers, clients, members along with internal stakeholders. Excellent communication skills. Highly motivated with the ability to work in a small team.
