Walters People have partnered with a leading business based in Warwick who are looking for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. The role would best suit a confident individual who can work independently, demonstrating a high level of initiative.

Key Responsibilities as the Credit Controller:

• First point of contact for the business and customers regarding Renault Truck Commercials

• Conducting regular reviews of ledgers to ensure tasks are being carried out in accordance with the CMI and published procedures.

• To proactively chase debt (dunning, phones, emails) and resolve queries from a number of our customers.

• Maintain customer credit limits.

• Working with our Internal Customers to obtain maximum efficiency in dealing with their invoice queries

• Attendance at debt review meetings, on and off site

• Participating in month end procedures to gain a clear understanding of the processes involved in producing the final month end figures and reports, to eventually be able to manage the production of said reports.

About you as the Credit Controller:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly Excel and Word. SAP and Dynamics is an advantage

• Working knowledge of SAP preferred

• Experienced within a high volume fast moving credit control department

• Full clean driving licence
