A highly organised and professional Office Manager is needed for a leading e-commerce Retail platform in London, who work with the best and biggest global retail business.
Key Responsibilities of an Office Manager will include:
• Organising meetings, events and travel arrangements for the Senior Management Team.
• Diary Management.
• Answering general emails and phone calls from consumers and clients.
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports for Senior Management.
• Dealing with couriers and ensuring that office supplies are ordered and re stocked.
• Dealing with other general administrative tasks to assist the Senior Management Team.
Key Requirements of an Office Manager will include:
• Excellent Administrative experience with a proven track record to organise a heavy work load.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work under pressure
