Office Administrator
Are you an experienced Office Administrator with proven excellent communication and organisational skills? Have you got strong technical skills with a proven ability to work professionally in client facing roles and like a varied environment?
Walters People have partnered with a Financial Services firm based in Central London who are looking for an Office Administrator to support the daily office functions and smooth running of client meetings.
Office Administrator responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing appointments, in person and virtual
- Adhoc duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, and presentations
- Assisting with marketing mail outs
- Booking flights and hotels for international trips
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture as well as overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
- Maintaining general office files, related to the company’s operations
- Processing our executive’s expenses
- Logging supplier invoices into our system
- Coordinating the on-boarding and off-boarding of new starters and leavers
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to interact in a professional manner with exclusive clients and senior executives. Ability to be flexible with excellent communication and organisational skills as well the ability to be adaptable with a high level of accuracy.
Desirable skills:
- Highly computer literate, particularly in MS Suite.
- Excellent written and spoken skills as well as interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- 2 or more year's office administration experience
- Great relationship building skills to deal with a range of people and situations and ability to work as part of a team
- Able to demonstrate initiative, be proactive and offer a solution-oriented approach work closely with senior management
- Background in Financial Services sectors (desirable)
